How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on property size, type of cleaning, and any special requests. Residential and Deep Cleaning are quoted per visit based on bedrooms, bathrooms, and condition. Move-In/Move-Out cleanings use a flat-rate model based on bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage, assuming the home is empty and in reasonable condition. We provide a free, no-obligation quote before any work begins.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. The quote we provide is the price you pay. If additional services are needed during the cleaning, we will always ask for your approval first.
What about add-ons or extra services?
Several services have optional add-ons available — like oven interior cleaning, deep blind cleaning, or space organization for residential and deep cleans. Move-In/Move-Out add-ons include things like wall touch-ups, garage detail, or pressure washing. We will quote any add-ons during booking, so you know the full price before we start. Common residential and deep clean add-ons run $25–$45 each; Move-In/Move-Out add-ons vary.
Do you offer discounts for recurring service?
Yes! Customers who schedule weekly or bi-weekly cleaning receive discounted rates. Contact us for details on our recurring service packages.
Is a deposit required?
For new customers and one-time cleans, we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning is complete. Recurring customers pay nothing upfront — we bill in full after each visit once trust is established.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. The deposit is collected at booking, and the remaining balance is due after the cleaning is complete and you are satisfied with our work.
