Flat-rate pricing starts at $350 for smaller properties. Final quote is based on bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage, assuming the home is empty and in reasonable condition. If we find heavy buildup that requires significantly more time, we will always notify you before adjusting the rate.

Do I need to empty the home first?

Yes, the home must be completely empty so our team can access and clean every surface thoroughly. We cannot clean while movers are present — it slows the process and prevents thorough results. Schedule the cleaning after all belongings have been removed.

What is the difference between Move-In/Move-Out and Deep Cleaning?

Move-In/Move-Out is more comprehensive because we can reach everything when the home is empty. It includes appliance interiors, cabinet and drawer interiors, closet interiors, and full wall cleaning that we cannot access with furniture and belongings in place. Deep Cleaning is for occupied homes that need an intensive reset.

Do you clean the inside of appliances and cabinets?

Yes — inside and out for fridge, oven, microwave, cabinets, and drawers. This is one of the main reasons clients choose this service over a Deep Clean.

Will this help me get my security deposit back?

Our move-out cleaning is designed to meet landlord and property manager standards. Share their checklist when you book and we will work to those requirements.

How long does a move-in/move-out cleaning take?

Typically 5-10 hours depending on property size and condition. A 2-bedroom condo runs 5-6 hours, while a 3-4 bedroom home can take 8-10. We will provide an estimate when you book.

How far in advance should I book?
